Bulletin N°61 2025 Communiqué from the Revolutionary Communist Party
The Revolutionary Communist Party strongly condemns the UN Security Council's adoption of Trump's plan to continue and intensify the occupation and colonization of the Gaza Strip. As Palestinian resistance organizations have stated, this amounts to imposing an "international" trusteeship on the Gaza Strip. This trusteeship " reproduces the occupation in a new form " (PFLP) and " aims to achieve objectives that the occupation has been unable to achieve despite its repeated wars " (Islamic Jihad). Finally, it " separates the Gaza Strip from the rest of Palestinian territory and attempts to impose a new reality, breaking with the legitimate national principles and rights of our people, thus depriving them of their right to self-determination " (Hamas).
Western imperialism, of which the Zionist colonial state is the organic extension, intervenes to continue the task the Zionists set for themselves, after their failure to accomplish it. Despite its bombings, despite its snipers, despite the orchestrated famine, the Zionist entity has succeeded neither in conquering Gaza nor in expelling the Palestinians.
The task then became for Western imperialism and its proxies to come to the aid of the genocidal colonial state, exposed and laid bare in all its horror, ostracized by the international community. It was the French leaders who initiated this maneuver, along with Saudi Arabia, by having the UN General Assembly adopt, last September, a resolution ostensibly intended to recognize the State of Palestine, but in reality designed to enshrine in black and white the vaguely possible existence of a demilitarized bantustan where imperialism would scrutinize even the school textbooks. The collaborators of the Palestinian Authority had already accepted this humiliation. Russia, China, Algeria, and Pakistan had already voted for this despicable resolution, while Iran and Honduras had refused to vote.
As we wrote, Trump's plan was simply the logical continuation of this resolution, whose sole purpose was " to isolate Hamas ," in the words of our Minister Barrot, using Western coded language to say "isolate the Resistance." Troops from Indonesia, Egypt, Azerbaijan, and Pakistan will take over from the Zionist occupation army in the areas of the Gaza Strip that it has failed to conquer, and this will be done under US command. Western capitalists and their imperialist leaders are having others do their dirty work.
The disarmament of the Resistance is an essential condition for the success of the operation to deport and commit genocide against the Palestinians. This is why the Revolutionary Communist Party resolutely opposes it. Palestinian organizations are also unanimous on this issue: " We reject the clauses relating to disarmament and condemn the label of terrorism applied to the resistance, as this deprives our people of their legitimate right to self-defense " (PFLP).
The role of an international military force is not to continue the occupation, but, if it is deployed, to " be there only at the borders to separate the forces, monitor the ceasefire and operate under the full supervision of the UN. It must act exclusively in coordination with the official Palestinian institutions, without the occupation playing any role " (Hamas).
The plan assigns the future force a role of occupation and repression: " Any mandate given to an international force that includes the dismantling of the resistance transforms it from a neutral actor into an accomplice of the occupation. " (Islamic Jihad).
The member states of the Security Council are all complicit in this disgrace. Algeria, so long a supporter of all national liberation struggles, has just abandoned this position, citing its ties with Ramallah's collaborators! The Palestinian Authority is a group of corrupt, self-serving individuals who use their armed forces to fight the Resistance (most recently, in the Jenin camp), which has no legitimacy to speak on behalf of the Palestinians. The imperialist powers of Russia and China gave Trump carte blanche because their own interests are not threatened. They couldn't care less about Palestine and its people's right to self-determination.
More than ever, the Revolutionary Communist Party stands in solidarity with the Palestinian people, who are fighting for their national liberation, and with their Resistance, ready to continue the struggle. More than ever, international solidarity must be strengthened, with clear support for the national liberation of Palestine.
Long live the national liberation of the Palestinian people! Support their resistance!
